How To Lose 50 lbs in 60 Days

I guess all you need is someone willing to offer you 2 million dollars. As proffesional poker player Ted Forest won a prop bet with Mike "the mouth" Matusow that won him 2 million dollars if he was able to lose 50 lbs in 2 months. Since I figured both are damn near impossible, what do you think is worse for your body losing 50 lbs in 60 days or gaining 50 lbs in 60 days?

I don't think I could lose 50 in 60 without serious damage. I could lose 50 in a year and be in damn good shape, although 175 would be lighter than I was the last time I was in damn good shape.

Gaining 50? In 60 days? That would be pretty dangerous for me at 36. Jumping to 275 with a family history of heart disease? That's a lot of donuts and ice cream.

I think I could do either one for $2 million though.

My senior year of college, I had put on about 10 extra pounds and was sitting around 200. (I'd kill for that right now). My buddy Lew was so excited that I broke 200 around my birthday in April that he offered me $1,000 if I could get to 300 by Christmas that year. The only problem was I was making about $15,000 per year at my part time job, and just imagining myself at 300 at the bars on NYE was enough to turn that one down.
