Paint me red and call me a dead hooker

What a fucking game tonight! I am not saying I didnt have faith because I had the badgers in the next round (1-4 brackets, hey I am a realists don't hate), but that was an amazing game. I think tonight the Big 10 came out huge. As much as I hate to bring up Ohio St (applaud the loss) the Big 10 put on some spectacular games tonight. On the edge of my seat, granted I had to shart for the better half of both I was pretty stunned by the badgers ability to keep their composure. I would say and I might catch some flack for this but fuck you. Write your own blog than. The badger win was one of the best badger games I have seen in some years. Yes I am crossing football, basketball, cricket and quaters. Yeah I saw The Polar Bear (not sure why I capitalized) knock down a bank to seal the Big 10 championship last year. I also said I would blow Flowers if I saw him in public. I am sure crazier things have been said. But I think tonight was a way bigger statement for this year and the next. Fucking-A I cant wait for sunday.

Well I would agree it was a great victory I wouldnt put it in my top 5 badger victories. Especially after they followed it up wiht one of there classic 38% from the field games. I will miss this group of seniors but they sure did frustrate me. They were the epitome of inconsistent. Marcus with a nice tournament and probably will be invited to some pre draft camps to showcase his skills. Krabby was silent in the tourney and was pretty much a no factor. He was a nice player, but I just wish we had a 3 man that could get to the rim, and finish with a dunk. I wont miss his pump fakes that is for sure.

38 percent? What game were you watching?

They shot 29% as a team, 15% from 3.

Seriously.

Marcus actually had a very good game on offense. Travon did a good job of driving, getting to the line, and knocking down free throws. Pretty much everybody else just plain missed shot after shot after shot.

As for that 3-man who get to the rim and dunk, he's on the way. Unfortunately, he's only a junior in high school.

Vander Blue looks like the real deal, cant wait to see him in Badger Red. Hope he keeps growing because he looks like a 1 or 2 to me right now. I am hoping Ryan Evans or Breuswitz is more of the player I was talking about. I dont care if it is a dunk, I just want a finish at the rim, and this years team proved to being very inept at this.

Fridays game was amazing. I am putting it as one of the great games I have seen in some time. Maybe it ranks higher since I haven't had a lot to cheer about in badger sports in a while. with that said, Sunday the only thing amazing is that this time around instead of not scoring for the last 4 or 5 minutes they didn't score for 7 or 8 minutes. That was the main problem they had all year. Browne you are right they didn't have anyone to finish offensive rebounds or take it strong to the rim. Sunday only 2 players Landry and Hughes made of for 30 some odd points out of 49?!? And for fuck sake Hughes had 11 points off of free throws. Thank god else it is a blow out. They looked tired and ineffective down the stretch. They very well could of won that game if a few more free throws are made and Leur and Nankavil make just a couple of buckets. As much as I like Krabenhough how can he have his last game with 2 attempts and no points. I know he plays a different role but besides a few rebounds and good transitions he wasn't even there.
The silver lining to all this is that Jordan Taylor is going to be amazing next year. I think Hughes will will be the number 2 and Jordan running the offense. Luer and Nankavil will play way bigger roles. What they have achieved this year will be paramount experience next year.
I actually feel really good about next year and actually for many years to come. The recruiting class coming in, is going to blow this team up. They weren't suppose to be anyone for the last 2 years after losing such pivotal players but they have proven themselves as contenders ever year.
I am sure I will get a lot of flack for think this but I don't see how it can get any worse. 20 win season NCAA birth, took down a 5 seed made it to the second round when nobody thought they should of made it to the tourney. Sounds like a pretty damn good season if you ask me.
Oh and not sure if anyone else heard this or not but Hughes was appeared in court today for driving with out a license and running a stop sign. I didn't hear anything about this until now and I guess it happened Feb 24. http://www.madison.com/tct/news/stories/444156
The first thing I would want to do after a I shit the bed and have to fly back from Idaho with a shitty diaper is go to traffic court and plead not guilty to running a stop sign. I guess it could be worse...ask ya boy PJ Hill.
