IHTSBIH Movie!

I read that Tucker Max was turning in his best selling book "I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell" into a movie. I have been following this pretty closely, and Tucker has a blog that follows the production of this film. I enjoy checking in on it and seeing how things are going. Here is the link.

Sounds like a shitty idea for a movie. Maybe a collection of super-short films, but if they try to turn some dickhead running from slut-adventure to slut-adventure into a single coherent plot, it's going to suck balls that smell like ass.

Timmay, I kinda feel the same way about this movie. I liked about a quarter of the book, than it got a bit redundant and I was like , ok c'mon now this is just getting rediculous. It was entertaining at best while I was taking a shit, a real time passer. But I wasnt that impressed. IHTSBIH painted some good visuals, but to support a feature length film seems tough. I also think its going to suck moldy balls, just another film thats getting made while countless other brilliant scripts get tabled. I heart hollywood.
Also dont click on that fags blog its a marketing thing, nobody likes our blog that much to out themselves obviously, except dip shit harper! Tasty I cant believe you fell for his "you never mention me on the blog" Well why should we that self indulgent fag adds nothing for us to post or comments enough to warrant a blog.
ps sweet beard coco.

They are focusing on just a couple of stories. The main plot is based on Tuckers trip to Austin and is one of my favorite stories. It doesnt follow the book completely as I agree that wouldnt work as a full length feature. I think they made it much more of a fiction so it would work as a script.

Also C$$$, none of the big hollywood producers got there hands on this project. Tucker is doing this as an Indie film, so he has full creative rights over what gets released in the film. That doesnt mean it wont suck, it very well could, but at least it wont be ruined by hollywood. It will be all on Tucker Max himself.
