How did you enjoy the "win-win," fucker? I think it would be a very close game in Madison, where the Badgers wouldn't be so likely to piss down their fucking legs and shoot by crying with their eyes closed.
My favorite moment. There are 2 minutes left in the game. Duke is up by 23. Coach K calls a timeout to put 2 starters back in the game and to call a double screen to get Paulus an open 3 with 15 on the shot clock. Yes, the hatred of Duke is only because they win.
Listen, douchebags, the WAY that you handle winning is the difference between respect and hate. You want to rub an opponent's nose in it on national television simply because you can? Deal with being called the douchebag that you are. Better yet, go on a fucking commercial and claim to be a "molder of young men."
Well, last night was the worst possible outcome that I could have imagined. I didnt want the Badgers to go into Durham and and lay a goose egg. They looked absolutely pathetic, just could not match the early hot shooting of Duke and in the second half, when we started getting some easy looks, we couldnt get any stops. I dont think it would have changed the outcome, the Duke team wasnt being beat last night, but it would have been a game at the Kohl.
I am so sick of the whole "what a fucking dickhead move by the couch, we dont want our noses rubbed in it" Maybe it is all the summer league games and what not that I played in but a loss is a loss and I have been in some bad blowouts. The only that gets pissed is the fans, the players dont care if some guy hits a three with under too minutes left. They are all competing if you dont want Paulus to hit the three, then fucking d up. I didnt know Tom Izzo read my blog. As far as the hatred for Coach K, it is pretty much laughable. Look at his graduation rates, and the lack of notable problems that exist at some many other programs. I know it is fine not to like him, a lot of people dont, but this guy is a class act. Lets see, West Point Grad, move on to coach at army, move on to coach at little ol duke, turn them into the Yankees of college basketball, take over coaching the olympic team, garner the respect of the best NBA players in the world, when he whens the gold in 08', he will be considered one of the top 5 coaches of all time at any level. Now I am not at all happy by the way things turned out last night, my beloved Badgers looked awful, but its hard not to like how that Duke team played. Completely unselfish, great defense, finishing above the rim, quit hating and deal with what i am having to deal with today, the Badgers arent quite ready for the Prime time.
